Oregon Park Bucharest winner at the CEEQA Gala

Building B in Bucharest’s Oregon Park developed by Portland Trust won the big award for ‘Overall Building’ in South Eastern Europe at the CEEQA (Central & Eastern European Real Estate Quality Awards) Gala in Warsaw, Poland. Attended by more than 800 business leaders from 50 countries, the gala is one of the most prestigious Real Estate events in Europe.

Oregon Park has been designed to provide a combination of high specification, efficient office space with a particular focus on low energy consumption in an attractively landscaped plot of 3,9 hectares. This was the basis of the choice made by CEEQA, who appreciated the developer’s commitment to creating a space that responds to today’s demands in terms of sustainability, and energy efficiency. Its extended green space, its focus on health, alongside the good transport connections and facilities stand as a proof that Oregon Park has been designed with the employees in mind.

Building B was finalised at the end of last year and has a surface of 24.000 sqm. It will be followed by Building C, which will have the same surface, and it’s planned to be delivered at the beginning of next year.
