According to the local press, Ness Romania, part of Ness Technologies has a constant development and plans to recruit over 200 employees in Iasi in the next 2 years.

In Romania, Ness Technologies plans to accelerate the growth this year, and hopes to triple the number of employees it currently has, with the help of a state aid directed to project expansion.
Currently, Ness Romania has reached figures up to EUR 2.8 million and wants to reach a number of EUR 4.4 million by the end of 2014. The center opened in Iasi is the second largest in Europe at the moment. Currently, in Iasi, there are a number of 122 employees and the company has announced that massive recruitment will follow, as multinational is seeking to grow the staff by 200 members. Most of the new employees will be IT professionals.
The offices in Iasi are located in the United Business Center 2 building within the Palas compound, where the company expanded their working area by 650 sqm this year.
The state aid received by Ness ( reaching an amount of EUR 5.4 million ) is based on Romania’s scheme to support new investments in our country, and promoting local development by using new technologies and creating job offers.
As per A.T. Kearney Global Service Location Index 2011, Romania is ranked on the 25th place in the hierarchy of attractiveness as venue for outsourcing and constantly making good progress in the field, as shown by all written above.
