CGS plans to hire another 200 employees by the end of the year
Computer Generated Solutions (CGS), the largest player on the local market in terms of outsourcing and BPO, having approximately 3,000 employees, is planning to recruit 200 people by the end of the year. The company currently has 4 centers in Romania – Bucharest, Brasov, Sibiu and Targu-Jiu.
In March this year the company announced the fact that they had just hired 500 employees at the beginning of the year. By the end of 2015 they plan to add 700 more.
“This year we plan to expand several projects in all four current locations in Romania. Regarding the positions available, they are focused on the customer care area where we need foreign languages proficient speakers in : English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Hungarian” Vladimir Sterescu, Country manager, CGS Romania
Currently, most CGS employees were hired due to their language and IT skills and work in customer care, customer support, IT helpdesk, account receivable or customer relations. Almost 70% of them speak at least one foreign language at an advanced level and the company provides support to customers in 17 foreign languages. 90% of employees are students or have graduated from a higher education institution.
