Telekom introduces “E-value domestically International SA”, a major player in the Contact Center industry to the Romanian market
E-value International SA, one of the leading providers for telephone mediation Contact Centers in South-Eastern Europe is currently launching its operations in Romania.
The company provides a complete portfolio of Contact Center services, opened 24/7, involving customer services and technical assistance solutions for customer retention and sales. As a partner, the company supports the strategic needs for its customers and contributes in creating a strong and long term relationship with their direct consumers.
E-value International SA, member of OTE Group and Deutsche Telekom, is headquartered in Bucharest and follows the successful model presented by its e-value parent company COSMOTE SA, that has over 15 years of experience on the market. The company is currently developing its services in an office space that numbers 1,900 square meters and includes 320 workstations using advanced technological infrastructure.
A second office will be inaugurated in Brasov in the second quarter of 2015 and it will include another 300 workstations with plans of extending its operations in order to meet the high demands presented on the regional market.
The company already provides services to Telekom Romania Mobile Communications, member of OTE Group and develops major customer service projects in the benefit of the later. The partnership will continue to thrive and the 2 companies plan to target other important projects for Telekom Romania Romania Communications, Mobile Communications Telekom and Deutsche Telekom. The projects revolve around different services both inbound as well as outbound.
