Huawei opens a new Customer Service Center in the heart of Bucharest
Huawei Technologies opens its first Customer Service Center in the heart of Bucharest. This investment succeeds the launch of its Global Service Center in the capital earlier this year. For its Customer Service Center, Huawei took over Orizont, a former art gallery built in the ‘60s, which was amongst the most renowned and oldest art centres in Romania. A small exhibition area will continue to be open near Huawei’s newly redesigned office space.
As more Romanians buy Huawei smartphones, setting up a Customer Service Centre was Huawei’s natural response to the local market. Customers will be able to access this central location to get technical support or repair services for their phones. A differentiator in Huawei’s service offering is ‘Service in 1 Hour’, the promise that repair services will be provided within one hour and at no extra cost for phones that are still under warranty.
Founded in 1987, Huawei Technologies is a Chinese multinational that provides networking and telecommunications equipment and services. With the launch of both the Global Service Center and the Customer Service Center, Huawei strengthens the company’s global service delivery platform, choosing Romania as a base for four units technical support, remote delivery, network operation, and marketing and channel support.
