In the first phase ,the project would require a staff up to 600 employees ( the Germans have already reached out to recruitment companies in order to finalize the project ).Starting the transition, the new center created would have to develop computer capabilities to sustain the processes and later on more complex back office facilities will have to be created in order to provide the best functionality for the business belonging to the German Group.
