CGS opens a new support center in Targu Jiu and has over 100 positions available for professionals in the field

Outsourcing provider Computer Generated Solutions announced the opening of a new support center in Targu Jiu, thus advertising 100 new positions available for professionals in the field. This inaugurates the company’s fourth location in Romania, after Bucharest, Sibiu and Brasov.

“Targu Jiu represents a new stage of development for us. We have focused on a new region in the country because we wanted to diversify the labor market in terms of recruitment and at the same time to support an area where the private sector is less developed than others. We are currently looking for professionals willing to work in a corporate environment and interact with consumers in Romania, UK, Spain and other European countries as well as the US and Canada. Candidates testing is a very complex process as the employees must have a very good knowledge of a foreign language in which they operate and, in addition, according to each job in hand, a person must have different skills and technical knowledgesaid Vladimir Sterescu, country manager CGS in Romania.

For the support center in Targu Jiu CGS will employ, at first, about 100 people: the positions that are currently available cover human resources departments, administrative, IT and customer support.

“We have a strict selection criteria, but our analysis shows that in Targu Jiu the workforce is properly prepared for the positions offered. If the labor market will positively respond to our recruitment needs, in Targu Jiu, the number of employees recruited locally will continue to increase” said Vladimir Sterescu.

CGS provides outsourcing solutions in 18 languages ​​for customer care, technical support, help desk, telesales. In Romania, CGS’s activity is organized into four centers, namely in Bucharest, Brasov, Sibiu and – soon-in Targu Jiu. Since the beginning of this year, CGS has advertised up to more than 350 jobs, including 150 in Sibiu, about 100 in Brasov and now – approximately 100 positions in the new support center in Targu Jiu. For new support center in Targu Jiu, CGS has rented a space in a historic building positioned in the town’s center, which is currently under development.
